End User License Agreement

Effective date: May 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and the RabbitKey publisher ("we", "us"). By installing or using RabbitKey ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

On Apple platforms, this App is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. When the App is published on Google Play, the Mac App Store, or Microsoft Store, the respective platform terms will also apply on those platforms. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and a platform agreement, this EULA takes precedence to the extent permitted by law.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law prohibits this restriction.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the App.
  • Use the App to compete with us or to develop a competing product.

3. Ownership

The App, including all source code, designs, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and licensed (not sold) to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices. Sections 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
